  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • a pinch of red food colouring
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Crispy Fried Chicken:

    1. Wash the chicken and marinate it with all the ingredients, except oil and corn flour, for 2 to 3 hours.
    2. Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
    3. Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep-fry a few at a time until crispy.
    4. Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
