  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • a pinch of red food colouring
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder

How to Make Crispy Fried Chicken

  • Wash the chicken and marinate it with all the ingredients, except oil and corn flour, for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
  • Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep-fry a few at a time until crispy.
  • Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
