Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - bhendi (okra)
  • 2 tsp - gram flour
  • Marinate:
  • 1/2 - lime
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • salt - to taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Crispy Lemon Bhendi (Okra)

  • Top and tail the okra and cut it into 4 parts.
  • Marinate it with lime, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt, and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with gram flour and mix it properly.
  • Deep-fry the okra. Serve hot.
