  • 3/4 cup - besan
  • 3 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cup - Ghee
  • 500 ml - water
  • How to Make Crispy Mysore pak:

    1. Sift the besan.
    2. Mix sugar in 500 ml of water. On a medium flame, stir till the sugar gets dissolved.
    3. Increase the heat and allow the syrup to boil till it reaches a single-thread consistency.
    4. Add 1/4 of the ghee and stir.
    5. Add besan gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    6. Stir till the mixture starts bubbling.
    7. Continue the process till the besan and ghee are used completely.
    8. Pour ghee every time you add besan.
    9. Continue stirring till you get the aroma of sweet roasted besan and the besan turns brownish in colour.
    10. Pour the mixture into a greased tray, cool a little and cut into square pieces.
