Ingredients

  • Chinese beans sprout- ½ cup
  • Spring onion - ¾ cup, chopped
  • green Capsicum - ½ cup, thinly sliced
  • red Capsicum - ½ cup, thinly sliced
  • Celery Stalks - ¼ cup, chopped
  • fried noodles (broken roughly) - 4 cup
  • For dressing:
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • dark soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Orange juice - 4 tbsp
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make

  • Combine all the ingredients from bean sprouts to celery stalks together.
  • Place it in a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle noodles on top.
  • Combine all the ingredients for dressing together.
  • Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
