How to Make Crispy Pakora

  • Cut onion lengthwise. Cut ginger, garlic, coriander, curry leaves, green chillies, and cashew nuts into small pieces.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together; don't add water.
  • Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil. Make small irregular balls using the dough and put this into the oil.
  • Deep-fry till golden brown.
  • Take the pakora from the oil and put this into a bowl with tissue paper. The tissue paper will absorb the excess oil if any.
