Ingredients

  • 1 kg - very thin sliced Potato
  • 2 tbsp - white Vinegar
  • salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Crispy Potato Chips:

    1. Cut the potatoes as thin as you can. Soak in vinegar for 3 mins. Heat oil and fry potato until light brown.
    2. Add salt.
    3. Serve hot and crispy potato chips.
