  • Marinate the prawns with red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
  • Make a thin batter of gram flour, and add the prawns to it.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, drop a spoonful of batter, and fry them slowly till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
