Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - peanuts (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 cup - puffed wheat (coarsely broken)

How to Make Crispy Puffed Wheat Balls

  • Melt sugar in a heavy pan, stirring slowly till all sugar has melted.
  • When completely dissolved and light golden, add in peanuts.
  • Take off fire and add in puffed wheat.
  • Mix and pour on to a greased surface. Mix with greased palms.
  • Quickly shape into ping pong ball-sized laddoos.
  • Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
