Ingredients

  • 500 g - Beef strips
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp or more, pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Crispy Sesame Beef

  • Mix the beef with garlic paste, soy sauce, spring onion, sesame seeds, pepper powder, tomato sauce and salt.
  • Keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
  • Add the egg and corn flour and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add the beef strips in small batches.
  • Cook on medium-high heat till they turn crispy.
  • Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot.
