Ingredients

  • 200g - sweet Corn
  • 25g - Maida
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 - big sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - green chilli, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tsp - capsicum, chopped (red, yellow, green)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - chopped green coriander
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
  • 1 - small-sized chopped Tomato

How to Make Crispy Sweet Corn

  • Take a pan and put in sweet corn, maida, garlic paste, black pepper, salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil and stir.
  • Then fry in oil on a medium flame till crisp and golden.
  • Before serving, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander, and chaat masala.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coffee or tea.
