Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Cabbage - a few leaves
  • Beetroot - 1
  • A little maida
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • For the sauce: 1 tbsp - finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • A dash of chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Crispy Vegetables in Tomato Sauce

  • Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
  • Mix the flour and salt and add this to the vegetables and coat them well and deep fry in oil.
  • Heat the butter in a kadai and saute the onions. Add the tomato and chilli sauce and add a pinch of salt.
  • Mix in the fried vegetables and serve.
