  • 1 box of croutons
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 2 to 3 - potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp- Peanuts, crushed
  • 1/2 cup - Sev
  • 1/4 cup - Tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup - green chutney
  • Garlic chutney (optional)

How to Make Crouton Bhel

  • Place croutons in a bowl.
  • Add potatoes, tomato, onion, sev, and peanuts. Add chutney.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • It's ready to serve.
