Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breasts, flattened
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Refined flour
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Crumb Fried Chicken:

    1. Mix the flour, egg, garlic, pepper powder, and salt together.
    2. Marinate the chicken breasts with this mixture.
    3. Heat oil in a flat pan.
    4. Roll each chicken breast in the bread crumbs and shallow-fry on a low heat till golden brown.
