Ingredients

  • 500g - Chicken
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 - eggs, beaten well

How to Make Crumbed Fried Spicy Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken with the ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, milk, garam masala powder, and pepper for 1 hour.
  • Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till dry.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Heat oil in another pan.
  • Now dip the cooked chicken in the beaten egg and coat with the bread crumbs.
  • Deep-fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • Serve.
