Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - minced meat
  • 1/2 cup - breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup -chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup -chopped mint/parsley
  • 1- onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp- chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • juice of a lime
  • salt to taste

How to Make Crunchy Chicken Kebabs

  • Marinate all the ingredients together for 10 minutes at least.
  • Press them firmly into cutlets or onto skewers and either fry on both sides without oil on a nonstick pan or bake/grill/BBQ them, cooking evenly on both sides till done.
