Ingredients

  • Sprouted Moong - 250g
  • Onions - 2 (Cubed into small pieces)
  • Lemon - 1
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Sambar powder (Optional) - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Crunchy Moong Sprouts

  • Heat a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil.
  • When it becomes hot, add the cubed onions and saute them till they become soft and transparent.
  • Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, and sambar powder. Fry for some time.
  • Add the sprouted moong to the onion mixture and add salt.
  • Saute it till the moong is fully coated with the masala.
  • Squeeze the lemon over the sprouted moong and stir it.
