Ingredients

  • 500g - Cabbage (shredded finely)
  • 1 large Capsicum - shredded fine
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • How to Make Crunchy Patta Gobhi:

    1. Place the oil and cumin in a dish and cook covered at HIGH for 2 minutes.
    2. Add the cabbage, capsicum, coriander, turmeric, salt, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
    3. Cover and cook at HIGH for 5 minutes.
    4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
