Ingredients

  • 3-4 plain khakhras, crushed into pieces
  • 1/2 cup - fresh curds (beaten)
  • 1 - small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Crushed Khakhras with Curds

  • Put khakhras in a serving dish. Add all of the other ingredients except half coriander. Mix to blend flavours.
  • Garnish with remaining coriander.
  • Serve immediately.
