Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - curd, beaten
  • 250 g - Cucumber
  • 1 tsp - ground Mint leaves
  • 2 - big tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp - ground Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - black cumin seed, roasted
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper powder
  • How to Make Cucumber - Tomato Raita:

    1. Peel and wash the cucumber.
    2. Rub with a little salt and cut it into round pieces.
    3. Chop tomato into small pieces.
    4. Beat curd.
    5. Now add cucumber and tomato pieces to the curd.
    6. Add green chilli and mint leaves paste, salt, and black pepper powder.
    7. Lastly sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on it.
    8. Serve with biryani.
