  • cucumber - 500 gm
  • roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • green chillies 2 to 3
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cucumber and Peanut Salad

  • Peel the cucumber, discard the core and chop the flesh into tiny cubes.
  • Crush green chillies with cumin.
  • Add to the cucumber.
  • Add peanuts, salt, sugar and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
