  • 1 - medium Cucumber
  • 3 tsp - mustard powder
  • 3 tsp - salt
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Lime juice
  • 3 tsp - oil

How to Make Cucumber Avakai

  • Wash the cucumber, wipe it dry.
  • Cut into small pieces without removing the skin.
  • Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate before use.
