Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ to ¾ cup - fresh Curd
  • For masala:
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • ¼ tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cucumber Banana Raita

  • Peel and grate the cucumber.
  • Add salt, and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Press and remove the extra water.
  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • Beat the curd. Add the banana slices and grated cucumber.
  • Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  • Chill, if desired, before serving.
