Ingredients

  • 2 - big Cucumbers
  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Cucumber Omelette:

    1. Peel the cucumbers and grate them. Remove the seeds and water as much as possible.
    2. Add rice flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well and make small balls.
    3. Heat oil in a nonstick tava.
    4. Spread each ball like thalipeeth.
    5. Cook from both the sides.
    6. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
