Ingredients

  • 2 - Medium-sized cucumbers, finely chopped
  • Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies, pudina/Mint leaves, and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • 1 cup- Curd

How to Make Cucumber Raita with Mint Chutney

  • Wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers into fine pieces.
  • Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, and salt.
  • Add curd to the base mix and the delicious raita is ready.
