Ingredients

  • 2 cups hung Curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup grated Carrot
  • 1 cup grated Cucumber
  • 3 tbsp crushed Peanuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Few Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Urad Dal
  • 2 green chillies, slit| 3-4 crushed Curry leaves
  • How to Make Curd Pachidi:

    1. Mix curd and milk well.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Add urad dal and mustard leaves. Let it splutter
    5. Add curry leaves and green chillies.
    6. Pour the seasoning in the curd mixture.
    7. Stir well.
    8. Serve with rice or roti.
