Make garlic and ginger paste. Mix them with cooked prawns.
Add required salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder and soak them for 1/2 hour.
Put a little oil in a tawa and fry onion and tomato till they become golden brown.
Add the prawn mixture with this fried onion and tomato. Cook on medium flame till you feel it is cooked and you don't get the raw smell.
You can add roasted cashews so that it is crisp.
Take bread slices. Remove the roasted brown edges. Soak in a little water and squeeze it lightly in you palm till the water is dry.
Take two slices of bread. Now spread the prawn masala in one slice, spread thick curd on top of it, squeeze lemon, and close it with the other slice. Close the sides firmly so that the masala does not come out.
Coat bread with rice flour. This will add crispness to the fry.
Fry this bread deep in the oil in a tawa.
Serve with tomato, tamarind sauce, or chutney.
