Ingredients

  • Rice (raw) - 1 cup
  • Yogurt - 4 cups
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Dry Red Chilli - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp -
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp -
  • Cucumber - a small one
  • Seedless Grapes - 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate - 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Curd Rice with Fruits:

    1. Cook rice and cool it.
    2. Grate cucumber.
    3. Chop grapes into fine pieces.
    4. Remove seeds from pomegranate. Keep them aside.
    5. Add yogurt and milk into the rice; mix well.
    6. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard seeds, and red chillies.
    7. When the seeds pop, remove from heat and add them to the curd-rice mix.
    8. Add all the fruits to curd-rice and some salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
