  • Semiya (Sooji) 250 g
  • Onions -2 (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies - 4 (finely chopped)
  • Grated Coconut -1 cup
  • Curd -1 cup
  • Water -2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard Seeds -1 tsp
  • Ghee -1 tbsp
  • How to Make Curd Semiya:

    1. Fry the semiya (sooji) in ghee and keep it aside.
    2. Take 2 cups of water and salt and boil.
    3. Add the fried sooji, stir well and turn off the gas.
    4. Keep it covered and allow it to get cooked.
    5. Take a little oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
    6. To this, add the chopped onions, the green chillies and then the grated coconut.
    7. Fry them together.
    8. To this, add the curd and the cooked sooji and mix well.
