Ingredients

  • 2 - tender corncobs
  • 1 cup - beaten Curd
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 inch - piece Ginger
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • A few sprigs - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - coriander-cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Curds and Corn Curry:

    1. Grind together chillies and ginger. Beat curd with 1 cup of water till smooth. Grate the corn finely.
    2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds
    3. When they splutter, put in the corn and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
    4. Put in all the spices, salt, and ginger paste.
    5. Mix well and then put in the curd. Cover and cook till the raw smell of corn goes away.
    6. Sprinkle coriander leaves before serving.
