Ingredients

  • 1 medium - cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - coconut paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 pieces - cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Curried Cauliflower

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and cinnamon for a little while.
  • Add the tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coconut paste, and salt; stir-fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Add the cauliflower and 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
