Ingredients

  • 1 medium - cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - Coconut paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 pieces - Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Curried Cauliflower:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and cinnamon for a little while.
    2. Add the tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coconut paste, and salt; stir-fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
    3. Add the cauliflower and 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the gravy thickens.
    4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    5. Serve hot.
