Ingredients

  • 2 cups- boiled Rice
  • 2 cups- Chicken cubes, boiled
  • 1/2 cup- seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 tbsp- curry powder
  • 1 cup- mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup- shredded Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup- shredded Carrots
  • 1 capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup- shredded Coconut
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Curried Chicken Salad:

    1. Mix together carrots, capsicum, grapes, and cabbage.
    2. Pour French dressing.
    3. Toss it well.
    4. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
    5. In a separate bowl, mix rice and chicken pieces.
    6. Add salt, curry powder, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
    7. Add mixed vegetables.
    8. Toss it well.
    9. Spread in on the bed of lettuce.
    10. Sprinkle shredded coconut.
    11. Serve.
