Ingredients

  • 2 cups- boiled Rice
  • 2 cups- Chicken cubes, boiled
  • 1/2 cup- seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 tbsp- curry powder
  • 1 cup- mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup- shredded Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup- shredded Carrots
  • 1 capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup- shredded Coconut
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Curried Chicken Salad

  • Mix together carrots, capsicum, grapes, and cabbage.
  • Pour French dressing.
  • Toss it well.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix rice and chicken pieces.
  • Add salt, curry powder, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Add mixed vegetables.
  • Toss it well.
  • Spread in on the bed of lettuce.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut.
  • Serve.
