Ingredients

  • Boneless seer fish pieces - 1/2 kg
  • Curry powder - 1 tbsp or to taste
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Ginger - 2 tsp, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 tsp, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Egg - 1 large
  • 1 - cup Curd
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • For the Mint chutney:
  • Mint leaves - 2 cup
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 4-5
  • Ginger - 1 small piece

How to Make

  • Mince the fish
  • Grind the curry powder with the onion, ginger and garlic
  • Add this to the fish mince
  • Now add the salt and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well
  • Divide the mixture into small round portions
  • Flatten slightly and deep fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot with mint chutney
  • For the mint chutney:
  • Roast all the ingredients in 1 tbsp of oil
  • Grind with salt
  • Add curd and chat masala
