How to Make Curried Green Gram Potato

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions, when they turn pink, add the ginger-garlic paste
  • Mix well and add the tomato puree
  • Add all the spices and salt
  • Mix well till the mixture starts bubbling
  • Add the fresh green grams and chopped potato
  • Add 1 cup of water and mix well and cook till the grams and potato are tender.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice or roti
