  • 6 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp - curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp - ground Ginger
  • 3 cups - spoon size shredded Wheat biscuits
  • How to Make Curried wheat snacks:

    1. Melt butter in skillet.
    2. Blend in seasonings.
    3. Add shredded wheat and toss to coat with butter.
    4. Heat 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
    5. Drain on paper towels.
    6. Serve warm. (Or, reheat in oven just before serving). Makes 3 cups.
