  • 1 lb - Chicken breasts
  • 1.5 cups - mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 - stalk of Celery chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • A pinch of mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - curry powder
  • 1 tsp - Onion seeds
  • 5 - eggs

How to Make Curry Chicken Salad

  • Boil chicken breasts, shred and set aside.
  • Boil eggs, deshell, and blend with the mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine celery, spices, and seeds with olive oil, and then add egg and mayo mix.
  • Combine with shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate and serve on bread.
