Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Chicken breasts
  • 1.5 cups - mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 - stalk of Celery chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • A pinch of mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - curry powder
  • 1 tsp - Onion seeds
  • 5 - eggs
  • How to Make Curry Chicken Salad:

    1. Boil chicken breasts, shred and set aside.
    2. Boil eggs, deshell, and blend with the mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
    3. Combine celery, spices, and seeds with olive oil, and then add egg and mayo mix.
    4. Combine with shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.
    5. Refrigerate and serve on bread.
