Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken breast
  • 2 tsp - chilli power
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - ginger, garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Curry leaves - a few sprigs
  • 2 - red onion
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder.

How to Make Curry Patha Chicken

  • Clean the chicken, dice it into cubes.
  • Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  • Leave it for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Now pre heat the oven at 175 degrees for 10 mins.
  • On a baking tray put a silicon paper and arrange the pieces, cook it for half an hour turning them every now and then.
  • After it becomes crisp remove from oven.
  • In a pan heat 2 spoons of oil. When it is very warm, put onion rings, coarse pepper powder, curry leaves.
  • Immediately add cooked chicken stir for a minute. Remove from heat.
