Ingredients

  • 3 cup - cooked Rice
  • 1 packet - curry sauce mix
  • 3 lb - Chicken or Pork butt roast cubed
  • 7 cup - water
  • 5 -potato
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 cup - frozen sweet peas

How to Make Curry Rice with Chicken cubes

  • In a large stew pot boil the cubed pork or chicken in 6 cups of water, reduce heat, cover and cook till tender
  • Remove meat, discard excess fat with an oil separator
  • Place broth back into the stew pot
  • Add the curry mix to the broth, stir well.
  • Add meat, potatoes, onions and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  • Add frozen peas
  • Stir and cook 5 more minutes
  • Mix in the rice, heat through and serve.
