How to Make

  • Cut the mango into very small pieces without peeling.
  • Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, mustard powder, oil, lemon juice and mix them all.
  • Keep aside for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Stored in a refrigerator
  • Goes well with rice, idli and dosa
