Ingredients

  • 1 -raw Mango
  • Red Chilli powder -2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch - Asafoetida
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric
  • 3.5 tbsp - mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Cut Mango Pickle:

    1. Cut the mango into very small pieces without peeling.
    2. Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, mustard powder, oil, lemon juice and mix them all.
    3. Keep aside for 5 to 6 hours.
    4. Stored in a refrigerator
    5. Goes well with rice, idli and dosa
