Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 cup - leftover boiled vegetables.
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies as required
  • 2-3 - slices of bread
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 tbsp - leftover noodles
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • 1/2 tsp - corn flour

How to Make Cutlets from Leftover Vegetables

  • Add all ingredients to the potatoes, keep aside, oil and bread
  • Grind the bread to get fine bread crumbs
  • Mash the potato mixture well.
  • If too soggy add 1-2 tsp corn flour.
  • Mix bread crumbs with corn flour.
  • Shape the mixture into patties of desired shape.
  • Roll them in the mixture of crumbs and corn flour.
  • Heat some oil on a tawa to shallow fry.
  • Place a few patties on the tawa.
  • When one side is brown, flip over to fry other side.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
