Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 cup - leftover boiled vegetables.
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies as required
  • 2-3 - slices of bread
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 tbsp - leftover noodles
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • 1/2 tsp - Corn flour
  • How to Make Cutlets from Leftover Vegetables:

    1. Add all ingredients to the potatoes, keep aside, oil and bread
    2. Grind the bread to get fine bread crumbs
    3. Mash the potato mixture well.
    4. If too soggy add 1-2 tsp corn flour.
    5. Mix bread crumbs with corn flour.
    6. Shape the mixture into patties of desired shape.
    7. Roll them in the mixture of crumbs and corn flour.
    8. Heat some oil on a tawa to shallow fry.
    9. Place a few patties on the tawa.
    10. When one side is brown, flip over to fry other side.
    11. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
