Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 3 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 - onion
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Daal ki Puri

  • Soak moong dal for 3 hours and grind it coarsely
  • In a big bowl mix flour, salt, turmeric powder, cumin and 2 tsp oil.
  • Then add soaked dal, onions, chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Knead and make a dough by adding enough water.
  • Make small balls of it and roll them into puri.
  • Fry them in hot oil.
