Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 3 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 - Onion
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Daal ki Puri:

    1. Soak moong dal for 3 hours and grind it coarsely
    2. In a big bowl mix flour, salt, turmeric powder, cumin and 2 tsp oil.
    3. Then add soaked dal, onions, chilli and coriander leaves.
    4. Knead and make a dough by adding enough water.
    5. Make small balls of it and roll them into puri.
    6. Fry them in hot oil.
