How to Make Dabal Ka Meetha - Shahi Tukdey

  • First remove all the corners of bread, cut it into triangular shape.
  • Deep fry in ghee, until golden brown.
  • Place it in a flat pan, make syrup of sugar by mixing 1/4 cup of water.
  • Pour sugar syrup, condensed milk, cardomom powder, khoya and saffron on bread and keep it on slow fire until the syrup is thick and the bread is soft.
  • Spread cut almonds and pistachios on the bread.
  • Serve with hyderabadi biryani and bagarey baigan.
