Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Mutton with bone
  • 50 g - Ghee
  • Whole Garam Masala ( 2 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 4-5 cloves)
  • 2-3 - Bay Leaves
  • 100 g - beaten Curd
  • To chop:
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • 2 - medium Onions
  • 1 piece - Ginger
  • 8 - Green chillies
  • How to Make Dahi Diye Mangso:

    1. Marinate mutton in the beaten curd and 1 tbsp salt for 1 hour.
    2. Heat ghee in a pan, fry the bay leaves.
    3. Add the whole garam masala, saute. Then add all the chopped ingredients and saute till brown.
    4. Add the marinated mutton and saute it on low flame for 5 minutes.
    5. The cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
    6. Remove the lid and simmer for a while.
    7. Serve it with rice.
