How to Make Dahi Diye Mangso

  • Marinate mutton in the beaten curd and 1 tbsp salt for 1 hour.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry the bay leaves.
  • Add the whole garam masala, saute. Then add all the chopped ingredients and saute till brown.
  • Add the marinated mutton and saute it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • The cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and simmer for a while.
  • Serve it with rice.
