Ingredients

  • 8 - leftover or fresh idlis
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Dahi-Idli

  • Cut the idlis into small pieces.
  • Fry till it becomes brown on both sides.
  • Add curd to the fried idlis and mix well.
  • Season with mustard seeds and coriander leaves.
  • Can serve it either cold or just as it is.
