Ingredients

  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - thick Cream
  • 1 tbsp - yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Dahi Kaanda:

    1. Combine the yogurt and cream a few hours before serving.
    2. Cut the onions and tomatoes fine, length-wise and place in a serving bowl.
    3. Add finely chopped coriander and chilli.
    4. Five mins, before serving, add the yogurt-cream mixture to the vegetables and season with salt.
    5. Stir and serve.
