Ingredients

  • 5 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 cup - malai
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp- cumin
  • 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 2 - Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup - Fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dahi Malai Delight

  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add cumin, onion, green chillies and coriander powder. Stir till onion is translucent
  • Add fenugreek leaves, capsicum and turmeric powder
  • Fry for 2 minutes. Add the curd and salt.
  • Boil till the water from the curd evaporates and the curd starts thickening.
  • Now add the malai.
  • Keep stirring it and let the mixture thicken.
  • Once the mixture has thickened, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapati or rice
