Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sprouted moong
  • 1 cup - beaten curd
  • 3 tbsp - sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp - green chutney
  • 3 tbsp - fine sev
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1/4 cup - chopped tomatoes
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - onion, chopped fine
  • 1 - potato, boiled and mashed
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder as per taste

How to Make Dahi-Moong Dal

  • Boil sprouted moong till soft
  • Drain and put in serving bowl
  • Top with mashed potatoes
  • Add salt and red chillies to curd
  • Spread the beaten curd over it
  • Then top with tomatoes, onion, green chutney, sweet chutney
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
