Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 cup - thick sour Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Green chillies paste
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - medium onions, chopped fine
  • How to Make Dahi Murgi:

    1. Marinate the chicken with salt and curd for at least 1 hour.
    2. Heat oil in a non stick kadai and fry the chopped onions till golden.
    3. Add all the masalas, except garam masala, and fry it till the oil separates.
    4. Add the marinated chicken in it and fry it on low flame, covered, for at least 10 minutes.
    5. Put the garam masala powder in it and simmer for sometime. Garnish with coriander leaves.
