  • 1 - big cauliflower
  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - fennel powder
  • 2 tbsp - ginger powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - cumun seed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Dahi Wali Gobhi

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets. Churn yoghurt well and then add saunf powder, ginger powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets till nice golden brown.
  • In another deep vessel, heat 2 tsp oil and add cumin seeds and splutter
  • Add the yoghurt mix to this oil and keep on stirring till one boil.
  • Now add the fried cauliflower to the yoghurt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
