Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp - spice powder or Garam Masala powder
  • 3 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 - onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup - Curd

How to Make Dak Bungalow Chicken Curry

  • Wash the chicken. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken and marinate for about an hour in a pan.
  • Place the pan on medium heat, cover and cook for about 5-6 mins
  • Lower the heat, add enough water and let the curry simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
