Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 3 tsp - chopped, Garlic
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 - onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • How to Make Dak Bungalow Meat Curry:

    1. Wash the meat well.
    2. Add all the ingredients and marinate for about 1 hour in a suitable pan.
    3. Place the pan on medium heat and cook closed for about 5 to 6 mins.
    4. Lower the heat, add enough water and then simmer for about 40 to 45 minutes till the meat is cooked and the gravy is thick.
